Preseason will kick off on 31 January at St Johns Oval, Sydney University from 7:30 – 9:00pm. From there on, pre season in February will be as follows:
Fitness Sessions from 6:30pm – 8:00pm. Meet outside Alan Davidson Oval at Sydney Park (5 – 26 February)
Training sessions from 7:30pm – 9:00pm at St Johns Rugby, Sydney University
Skills sessions from 8:00am – 10:00am at The Square, Sydney University (just behind the Arena Sports Centre)
We have been lucky enough to nab the wonderful Lara Creber as our guest fitness coach.
Lara will be running a four week program based on strength, speed and endurance which will help us get a great benchmark fitness and start strong in 2019.
